House of Balabac Mayor in Palawan rocks by explosion

The house of Mayor Shuaib Astami of Balabac, Palawan was rocked by an explosion before dawn Thursday.

The authorities are still verifying as to what type of explosive was used, RGMA Palawan's James Viernes reported on dzBB radio.

According to Viernes, the explosion happened under the mayor's house.
